I have led digital transformation and creativity for years both client and agency side in e-commerce and professional services. My enthusiasm is utilising cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and personalisation to produce distinctive and profitable customer experiences on any digitally-connected channel.
Throughout my 25+ years in ecommerce, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with a variety of top international e-commerce brands, assisting them in creating profitable ecommerce personalisation and optimisation strategies. However, my job is only a small part of who I am.
In my free time, I enjoy pursuing a wide range of interests and hobbies. I’m a former bingo caller, an impatient gardener, and an occasional disc golfer. I’m also a proud dad, and spending time with my family is one of my greatest joys.
I am a tech enthusiast who is continuously looking into new tools and technologies that can improve e-commerce and life in general. My true interest, however, is figuring out how to use these technologies to improve the quality and engagement of the customer experience. I think companies that emphasise the customer experience will succeed in today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving world and this website’s purpose is to pass on some of the things I have learned on my journey.
